Telehealth appointments are available for patients located in New York State at the time of the visit. All services offered in-person are also available via telehealth.

Insurance & Payment

This is a cash-pay practice. We do not bill insurance directly. Many patients use HSA/FSA funds. Patients can also submit superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. See our full fee schedule.
