This is a cash-pay private practice. Fees are transparent, paid at the time of service, and the same for in-person and telehealth visits.

Cash-Pay Practice
This practice does not participate in any insurance networks. Payment is due in full at the time of service by credit card, debit card, or HSA/FSA card. We do not accept cash or checks.
Out-of-Network Reimbursement
Many patients with PPO plans are able to submit superbills to their insurer for partial out-of-network reimbursement. We provide superbills at no charge upon request. We recommend contacting your insurer in advance to understand your out-of-network mental health benefits.
Good Faith Estimate
As required by the No Surprises Act, a Good Faith Estimate of anticipated charges for your specific care plan will be provided before your first appointment. If your final bill exceeds the estimate by $400 or more, you have the right to dispute the charge.
Medicare & Medicaid
This practice does not accept Medicare or Medicaid. Dr. Miceli does not see patients who wish to use Medicare or Medicaid for psychiatric services at this practice. If you are a Medicare or Medicaid beneficiary seeking psychiatric care, please contact your insurer for a list of participating providers. Please do not schedule an appointment if you intend to use Medicare or Medicaid — we will be unable to provide services under these programs. Contact the office with any questions before booking.
